This book contains the reminiscences of life in Killorglin, Co Kerry by the well know local celebrity Pa Houlihan.
Pa had a life long involvement with Puck Fair. However, his first love was the Circus. He built up a museum devoted to all things circus related. In 1993 his circus museum was nominated for a prize by the Gulbenkian Organisation.
As well as the circus and Puck Fair, Pa tells the story of Killorglin, from the earliest times up to publication date 1997. The story is told with Pa’s wit and style.
The book contains many fine photographs.
