The WAFA Ireland Management Committee was appointed by the Association of Irish Floral Artists following their successful bid to host WAFA from 2011—2014. During their three year tenure the team is responsible for the management of all WAFA administration and also for the organisation of an International Seminar and a World Flower Show.
To mark these events the organising committee published this wonderful book, Duilleoga. The book is a study of floral art and how this art has developed during the years. The floral displays are photographed beautifully for the book. There is a description of each display and the materials used by the artist.
The name for the book Dullleoga is the Irish for “leaves“. This is a play on words for the leaves that were used in the displays and the leaves in the book.
